PROCESS

Process & collaboration

How do we start a project?+
We always start with a free 30-minute discovery call via video. I ask questions about the problem, current state and desired outcome. Then I prepare a technical spec with system design, stack choices and time estimate — at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on scope. A simpler API integration typically takes 1–2 weeks. A complex platform with multiple integrated systems can take 8–16 weeks. Everything is specified in detail in the spec document before work starts.
Do you work remotely?+
Yes, primarily remote. Communication via Slack/Teams plus weekly status meetings. On-site in Sweden is possible when needed, but 95% of delivery is digital.
How does communication work during the project?+
Async-first: I write in Slack/Teams when I have updates. Each sprint (1–2 weeks) we hold a short follow-up meeting. You do not need to be continuously available — but feedback at sprint end is important.
What happens if we need to change scope?+
Scope changes are handled transparently. I estimate extra cost and time before we continue. Nothing is added without your approval.

TEKNIK

Technology & delivery

What technologies do you use?+
Primary stack: React/Next.js (frontend), Node.js and PHP 8 (backend), PostgreSQL/MariaDB (database), Docker/Vercel (infrastructure). I always choose the right tool for the problem — not the latest trend.
Can you take over an existing project?+
Yes. I always start with a technical audit of the code and infrastructure. That gives a clear picture of the current state and what needs prioritizing. The audit takes 1–3 days.
Do you deliver testing and documentation?+
Always. Unit tests and integration tests are written continuously. Documentation includes an ADR log (Architecture Decision Records), README per service, and operations routines. No black boxes.
What is included in "handover"?+
Full source code, access to all environments, deployment instructions, operations documentation, and a 30-minute handover call. Plus 30 days of support after handover (bug fixes included, new functionality billed hourly).
Can you integrate with any system?+
If there is an API (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) or an official SDK — yes. The most common systems I integrate with: WooCommerce, Stripe, Klarna, Fortnox, Visma, Shopify, and various logistics and ERP systems.

PRISER

Pricing & invoicing

What does it cost to get started?+
Discovery call and technical spec are always free. No cost until you have approved the spec and decided to proceed.
Do you charge hourly or fixed price?+
Both options are available. Fixed price per project (after approved spec) is recommended for defined deliverables — it eliminates budget risk. Hourly agreement (1,200 SEK/h) suits ongoing advisory and maintenance.
How is the project invoiced?+
Project invoicing in milestones: typically 30% at project start, 40% at mid-delivery, 30% at final delivery. Invoices paid within 30 days with 25% VAT (Swedish clients).
Do you take projects outside Sweden?+
Yes. For EU clients with VAT number, invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). For clients outside the EU, 0% VAT applies. Project currency can be adapted (SEK, EUR, USD).
Do you offer ongoing support agreements?+
Yes — called "Technical partner" agreement. From 8,000 SEK/month with dedicated hours, priority response time and monthly technical report. Details under Pricing.
